It was wonderful working with such knowledgeable representatives at Crumley Roberts. They made this process less taxing on me. The only thing that kept my rating less than 5 stars is the time factor. Most of the latency probably had to do with the COVID pandemic and the 3 staff changes during the process. Would I work with CR again? In a heartbeat!

I was in a horrible rollover accident on September 7, 2021. A man ran a red light hitting my driver's door. The force was so great that my SUV flipped over. I then found myself trapped in my car. I was cut out of my car by a local fire station. The next day I hired Crumbly Roberts to represent. It was one of the best decisions that I've ever made. My attorney, Madison was always so sensitive to what I had been through. My case representative was also wonderful. They both would check on me to see how my recovery was going. I felt like family, not just a client. In the end I'm incredibly pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Crumbly Roberts to anyone to finds themselves needing a personal injury attorney.

I reached out to Crumley Robert’s for my auto case though I haven’t heard good things about them. They were supposed to give me a call back but couldn’t even do that. They just sent me an email days later dismissing me. I guess Allstate is in their pocket too.
