I was involved in a very bad automobile accident on July 21, 2014. At first, I did not think I would need a lawyer to represent me. The other driver was at fault and the initial phone call from his insurance adjuster was very pleasant. She seemed very concerned for my well-being and talked as if she was going to look out for my best interest. The second phone call was a different story. I called to ask about reimbursement for some personal property and her tone took a drastic turn for the worse. She was rude and very abrupt. She completely contradicted what she had said in that initial phone call. The hair on the back of my neck stood up and I got a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. I knew right then and there I was not prepared to go up against a large insurance company. I called Crumley Roberts in Concord, NC and they took my case. Cristy Myers has been my contact at Crumley Roberts throughout this entire ordeal. I don't know what I would have done without this law firm. Cristy is very competent, efficient, and above all kind. She has shown real concern and empathy for my pain and suffering. Her professionalism along with her kindness has taken away any fear I ever had concerning this ordeal. I am confident Crumley Roberts has my best interest at heart and will settle my case with all that I deserve.
