Ms Ackerman and Ms Hawley did a great job with my Workers comp case. I couldn't be happier with the end results. I spent a good many years in IBM. One of the IBM thoughts on customer service was that customers and clients should be - not only satisfied, but - delighted! We interpreted that as our mandate to give the client a little something beyond the terms of the contract - an unexpected pleasure, if you will. Cristy Myers of Crumley Roberts delivered the goods for us. We refer to our accident last year as a "black hole" that swallowed 2-3 months of our lives. Cristy was our shining light in the middle of things. We often brought her requested paper work and other materials, but have to admit that sometimes we dropped by during this dark period on the pretense of providing important information just to experience the uplift we got from her positive and cheerful efficiency. We couldn't have asked for a better Case Manager than Cristy Myers. Delighted indeed.

I was injured on the job in April 2011. Prior to contacting Crumley Roberts, I was not only in severe pain, but the frustration of trying to deal with the Workers Compensation company was driving me crazy. It became so difficult that I finally decided I couldn't do it on my own any longer. I called Crumley Roberts and I got a call back right away. They took some information and said they would get back with me within 24 hours with a decision on taking my case. To my surprise, I was actually contacted the next morning and someone came to my house that afternoon to go over the contract. They were very upfront and have continued to be that way throughout . Leslie Hawley is my "go to" person and she is awesome! She has always responded, immediately, and has handled any of my issues very quickly. She makes me feel like I am her only client! My lawyer, Jaci Ackerman, is great too. She is very easy to talk to and has always returned my call when I have felt I needed to talk to her. They both have, and continue to, make my life so much easier. I trust them and know that they are always there to protect me.

It didn`t take no time Dre` Fleury called me back and he listen to everything I had to say he even came to the hospital to talk to us. I recently had a work related injury and hired Crumley Roberts to represent me on my case. I was really impressed that Mr. Roberts himself came to my house and we talked. The Attorney they assigned to me was great. I was able to talk to her about my frustrations and she will listen to all I had to say.
