I could not have asked for a better lawyer and team when it got tough they got tougher everything came out great and I would recommend him to anyone for anything!

To whom it concerns, Mr. Adam Linett was truly a blessing to my son and I! I tried to fight the insurance company for what I felt my son was entitled too! The insurance company only offered 50,000 be paid out, they never even paid all the medical bills. They were telling me I needed to sign that dayand kept pushing me to sign. After alot of thought I went and met with Adam and told him what I was being told and sure enough they were policy's that I didn't know they had until we hired Adam and he got to the bottom of it all. Needless to say Adam got my son 150,000. I strongly recommend anyone who's been in a car accident. Definitely go to Adam Linett, because the insurance companies aren't for the victims! I was greatly satisfied with the results!

Mr. Linett intervened in a vacation timeshare issue that was being mishandled by an imcompetent legal firm (Mr. Linett does not get involved directly with vacation timeshare issues). That legal firn was assigned by an agency who advertised themselves as a service that resolved vacation timshare problems. After several years of poor communcation and inaction, the incompetent law firm wanted $6,500 in additional money to do what was not requested, which would have cost me thousands of dollars in prepaid membership fees. The agency claimed no responsibility for the poor service provided by the law firm. Mr. Adam Linett presuaded the law firm to request my paid up vacation timeshare membership be restored and an upgrade, for which I was being overcharged, canceled. The results was excellent.

Mr. Linett successfully helped me in my plea bargain, got a felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor, and made a favorable statement on my behalf. North Carolina citizens should consider the services of Adam Linett.
