Kristina, Case Manager for Riddle & Brantley, managed my case and did especially well with the communication. I believe I received good representation from the firm

I will change my review, but lately I'm not sure what's going on. I haven't been able to get a hold of my case manger, or lawyer of what's going on with my case. Somethings are not included that I would like included in my verification letters such at my physical therapy treatments , I get no response to my email, phone calls, or voicemails. I'm just a client trying to just be updated, not to bother or be a nuisance. Your suppose to help clients, I'm not liking the qaulity of response or work ethic. I thought they were good at first, but when being ignored and not communicated with, it's feels a little hurtful. I think the case manager could be a little more attentive and communicate when things are asked.

I chose Riddle and Brantley to represent me in my disability claim because of my respect for Mr. Gene Riddle who is a serious businessman of integrity from the nearby town of Carthage. Once I filled out the initial paperwork, Tatiana Molina forwarded my info to the attorney Scott Scurfield who submitted my information to Social Security. Nancy Baron took over for Tatiana and helped expedite my case in a very timely manner to receive an approval in less than four months total from when I mailed out the initial paperwork for my claim based on physical and mental health issues.
