I was very overwhelmed trying to handle our bills. Starting this process was also over whelming. Merita Blakeney from John Orcutt Greensboro NC office was so helpful along with the Wilson NC Office. I was able to handle all my documents online and with the local Wilson area. When ever I had a question Mrs. Blakeney will respond to me the same day. Even if Mrs.Blakeney could not get back to me the same day, she still would respond letting me know she received my email and when she would be able to respond. I never felt as if my case was just thrown in a pile, with a bunch of paperwork. I'm sure Mrs. Blakeney had other customers but she made us feel as we were her main one. Our vehicle was repossessed during this process. John Orcutt office worked fast to get it back once our cases was filed. Once my case was filed and I received my number, I felt such a relief and could finally breath.
