My paralegal was Morgan Swink and man was she awesome. I appreciated her late evenings answering my questions. I appreciate the emails back and forth & texts! She helped calmed my nerves and understand that this was a good decision for me & my daughter in the right direction. I loved her quick responses and never made me feel like less than a person. I had a paralegal name Krystal Williams. First of all she’s not compassionate at all! Her attitude is so nasty n rude. She never answers her phone calls nor calls back. Doesn’t reply back on her emails as well. There is an older African woman that is a receptionist that answers phone calls from Raleigh. Omg why are you so evil when answering calls. Sorry to say maybe you pick the wrong person to be your receptionist. I don’t understand why people are so evil when you are being polite and respectful just to ask a simple question. Either you need to train your team better. We as people don’t need to be treated so hostile. Me personally I don’t want to be on this bankruptcy. I didn’t have a choice so if I called the company please be more respectful to your clients.

Great experience. A little work on my part but Merita Blakeney was a stellar paralegal and was great to work with. Quick returns with emails and phone calls.

Horrible customer service. She was so negative and discouraging. I didn’t feel like she was trying to help me or give me any advice. Here I am trying to get out of debt and she told me I was going to have to pay 2000.00 dollars a month. Someone can help but not this rude and disrespectful establishment.

I have been super happy with this law office, my contact person April was always willing to assist and getting back to me super fast. It was a real pleasure working with her.
