Connie Nichols is so down to earth and honest. She is available any time I have questions and never gets an attitude or makes me feel like a burden or a problem. I wish she could be my paralegal for any and everything legal! She has a text number so if at 2 am I am freaking out I can message her and she can respond when she’s working! I am so thankful I went with this law firm. We have gone over options for me and both are do-able. I am so excited and relieved. This is much less scary and stressful with them on your side. HANDS DOWN 100/10 recommend!!

Once I got started and got it paid for everything went like clock work. They tell you all you need to do and it's fairly simple. Any questions were answered quickly. Hardest part was realizing this was what I needed to do.

Despite the glowing reviews for this firm, I will share my honest experience. From the beginning, you are assigned to different paralegals mostly without your knowledge. They say you are "allowed 10 phone calls but unlimited emails." The receptionists who answer the phone can't be bothered to take a message and will send you to your point of contact's voicemail, who normally will not call you back. If you unknowingly email the wrong person, there is a rude reply stating who your current paralegal is (as if you should know this already) and that your email has been forwarded. The questions/concerns in said email are never adressed. By the time your hearing comes around the attorney on your paperwork will send a person in their place whose name you will not know. As soon as you become acquainted with THAT person and reach out with a question, without your knowledge, you will have been passed on to yet another paralegal who could not care less about keeping communication open; your emails and calls are ignored. When you become fed up and use the live chat feature and call the number given and ask for the contact who texted you (this literally just happened to me) you get a bored dismissive response like,"I've been here 12 years and I've never heard of a Kyle..." It is unnecessarily confusing yet feels intentional that your questions/concerns are small annoying inconveniences to the staff because they already have your money and that is **The Most Important Step** of their assembly- line approach to this stressful process. If you enjoy the feeling of not having an attorney after paying for representation, Orcutt Law is for you... Good luck.

Excellent people to work with!! Connie Lynn was very helpful in the beginning of my process and April Ayscue was wonderful in the final process! Both ladies were helpful, thorough, informative about the process, and worked diligently and urgently with my case filing. Thank you all very much for helping me to get a fresh start!!

Was great until the creditors hearing. They always responded in a timely manner and now I cannot get any help with questions. I have to contact them again just to be told they know nothing yet.

I would just like to that working with Morgan Swink & Connie Nichols was a wonderful experience, they helped me remain stress free, this is a difficult situation not knowing the ends and outs of the laws. I was able to reach out to them and return my calls and emails promptly. I never felt like I was bothering them at all and I'm sure I asked some dumb questions but they made me feel like no question was a dumb question. If you need an attys help I would recommend them to amy and everyone.

She stayed in contact with me and responded promptly to each and every email I sent her.
