Great law firm! 5 out of 5 stars. I had a consultation for employment contract review with Mr. Hartsoe. It was very easy to schedule by admin. Mr. Hartsoe was very thorough and gave very good advise on how to address several conflicting points on the contract. As a result of his analysis I was more confident to take the next steps for the contract. I would highly recommend Mr. Hartsoe and his law firm for employment/contract related concerns. Thank you!

I was approached by the firm to leave a review after my recent consultation with Steven Grainger. Yulie the administrator was a total sweetheart and super helpful answering my questions, setting up the appointment, and following up (she is the reason I'm giving them at least 3 stars). At $200, the consultation is higher than average in the area. Steven was also friendly and answered my questions in detail. Per the matter of the consultation, we both agreed it was easy to settle/solve so I asked if there were some wiggle room in the fixed/flat fee pricing they had for the service and I was told to wait for them to make that decision. Steven told me he would reach out the next day with an answer. I had to reach out after a week to find out what the verdict was and I still had to wait a few days for him to respond that the practice owner was not willing to negotiate. I asked them if they had a counter and I never heard back again from him. He had also offered to issue a partial refund for the consultation and I never got a response back from them on that. As most lawyers, I get the feeling if your case isn't the most lucrative they simply don't want to work with you. I would not recommend them.

Hartsoe & Associates is the best! Julie is very personal and goes above and beyond answering questions. She is very kind, caring and easy to chat with. She goes out of her way to get you connect with resources if possible. Attorney Hartsoe was soo kind. You can see his kindness and compassion from the very start. He is a Christian which shines through. This is not a job for him. His heart is in his job. Our family was blessed by our conversation with him. He pointed us in the right direction for our needs. If you need someone to fight for you! It is definitely Attorney Hartsoe!

Great service and value! The firm of Auger & Auger was there to help when I needed it. They first offered me a free consultation and then they took my case on without asking for any money up front. They were able to help get everything taken care and they did it in a very quick and easy way. They told me that every case is different, but based on my own experience I can say that I do recommend them and I am thankful they were able to help.
