Got a speeding ticket and paid $500 for him to represent me. My court date was set to november and I have still not heard any update (now january 23rd). I have even reached out on several occasions but get no response. On top of it all I had to complete 32 hours of community service as a first time offender AND $500 not even including court costs. He clearly has no intentions of helping you out and just complies with whatever the court says. I’ll be contacting in the morning to figure out what the hold up is, but I highly recommend GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE

I was very worried about my case in the beginning but he assured me that I would be okay. Mr. Vaughan had my case dismissed and had another pending charge reduced. I would definitely recommend him.

I first hired a public defender for my case which was a bad mistake so I ended up getting Mr. Don on my case. He is worth every dime! If I ever need an attorney again I will definitely call Mr. Don. I was facing time and he kept me out.

It's been years ago since I've seen this person and I tried to write a review but was turned down because my anger towards this person is still apparent. I won't call him a man because I DON'T think he is a man. I paid this person to represent me in court. On court day this person stood beside me and said nothing. Afterwards we met in his office. I wanted answers and he wouldn't answer my questions. He eventually got loud and very rude and order me to leave his office or this person said it would call the police and have me removed.

Let's keep this short and to the point. Don improperly handled my traffic case. Also, promised to fix the situation. After numerous calls and broken promises for a year I JUST GAVE UP! If slick talk and glad handing sounds good , THEN DON VAUGHAN IS THE GUY FOR YOU.

Let me start by telling you the charge, I was facing a speeding ticket for going 111mph in a 55mph zone, plus a reckless driving charge (because of the speed). I expected losing my licence for a year, a few days in jail, and a huge fine. BUT Don walked me through the process and ended up REMOVING the reckless driving (What can send you to jail) and got me out on a $50 fine for speeding! I was ecstatic! He also has gotten me a licence to use for the one year suspension (WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTIONS!) He is magic in the courtroom and knows the system better than anyone I have ever seen!
