Brian was AWESOME! He walked my husband and I through our first closing as first time homeowners. He was able to answer any question we threw at him and he had the best personality. The team was very responsive and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend!!

They are nice but they don't do good job. I have really hard time to finished all documents and paperwork with the new house. They request something that I think not right but because I already put 5 thousands for deposit on the new house so I don't have a choice. I and my husband have 7 credit card accounts. They were the one ask the bill statements of all of it, and then they ask me to not payoff it before the closing date! They also know that I set up online monthly payment for all of it so I don’t have a the address to send! I really don't want to give extra money to them. But no choice,I have to do it😳, I did give them extra money for them TO PAYOFF FOR my 7 credit cards.And I thought they will be the one send it out for me. But NOOOO, they just want me to give my money for them and they use my Money to print their business name in the check to pay for my credit card. What? Why? They took the money in the morning and call my agent to pick the paycheck in the afternoon bring it back to me and let me send it. I don't know where I need to send. So my agent ask me to call each credit card and ask for address! I'm the one have to wait on the phone line and deal with it. What the point I pay you for all the service and you ask me to do all this crazy stuff? and I have to spend my money to pay for the stamps too! Why, Why you guys make thing to hard to solve! It’s so crazy. If I know you will give me your check from my money and ask me to send it by mail to all 7 account like this I better pay by myself then. I don’t have time to go online or call each of my credit card and ask for the address. Either you have to take all your check back and send it for me or you have to give me back the money so I pay it online! I don’t have time to do crazy thing like this! Thank you!

We had a great experience. Everything was explained to us thoroughly and the process ran smoothly. The front office staff is really kind and welcoming.
