Excellent Customer service

Damon Duncan was helpful, informative, friendly, and professional. He helped me to get relief from the burden of debt after an unfortunate set of circumstances left me unemployed for over a year. I highly recommend the Duncan Law firm.

They are great. Everything was easy and just like they told me. Would recommend anybody that needs to do it and want it to be easy, they are the ones to get it done.

Damon Duncan, and his entire Greensboro office staff are the best in all of North Carolina. They gave me my life back,and I could not be more grateful. Every step of the process is explained to you as you go, they really held my hand and calmed my fears from the first day until the last. They will work very hard on your case, they will answer all your questions any time of the day. When you call, someone will talk to you. Being forced into bankruptcy by an ex-wife and ex-employer was a very degrading and frightening experience. For the first time in my life, I felt hopeless and totally out of control. We were clients under Mr. Stephen Ling! He was an amazing attorney!! Never ever had one problem under his guidance. He retired & we got appointed to Duncan Law! It has been horrid communication! We were in a car accident rear ended not our fault we have not even spoken to him once! I would have never picked this attorney if he was the last one in Greensboro.

I never thought I would be in the position where I would need advice for bankruptcy! After being laid off 3 times within 5 years with the last year and a half still un-employed, I was out of un-employment and minimum payments. Debtors were refusing to alter or respect my situation- they just didn't care! Now, I had to believe a LAWYER was going to help me figure out my next steps? I will tell you, I had a return to HOPE while speaking with Damon in the Winston Salem location. I "got" that their biggest concern was doing the right thing during a rough time. He could have easily taken my father's money, but he steered me away from the cost of attorney and court fees! . I left with the start of a strong game plan for recovery and belief that good people are still out there WANTING to help you back up, after so many have pushed you down.

THANK YOU to Damon Duncan and his staff for walking me through this transition in my life. This was very scary for me and it took me a long while to make that first contact. But I am surely glad that I did. They were thorough in their information presented to me, answered all questions that I had, explained things very carefully and in layman's terms that I could understand, reassured me when I got anxious and was just there every step of the way! Socially there is a stigma that is attached to doing something like this but you have to make the best decision for YOU!! No one knows your story or how your situation developed to its current state.
