I am extremely happy with the outcome of my litigation case. Carlos is one of a kind, not only he went out of the way to make sure I was fairly treated but he also provides me with advice all throughout the case. It was long and tedious but he was also willing to respond to any questions, he keeps me well informed of the changes on our case and he promptly responded to emails and/ or phone calls. A very easy, professional, and humble person to work with. I will definitely recommend him and his team for any legal issues.

We hired attorney Osegueda to handle our case regarding a personal injury claim. He handled everything professionally. He was very considerate and listened carefully to all the details. It was obvious that the insurance company would have not taken care of this claim. We felt that Attorney Osegueda worked swiftly to bring our claim to a satisfying resolution. This law office is interested in taking consultation fees and after looking into your case they say we don't have resources, they know if they don't have resources in advance. In fact, they aim to get your money first.
I consulted them to hire but they took my money for nothing while I asked them about my concern and explained to them not to make consultation appointment if they don't have resources.
I my report this to BBB if they don't refund my money.!

I was very nervous about not having any rights as a father to my new born child. I never married the mother and have always heard that North Carolina was not fair to the father. Carlos calmed me down and explained everything to me and squashed my fears.
