This law firm is playing the long game to steal property from the rightful hier(s) of the deceased . If anyone at this firm says to you or a family member"there is a Medicaid lien on your property so you can't sale it" go to your local clerk of courts probate office, pull the case file of the deceased and look for a letter from the state that says there is a Medicaid lien on the property to verify that this is true. Because it ain't!!! The NC Bar AND the State Attorney Generals Office have been alerted to your treachery.

Worst lawyers ever took paper work there in sept 2019 did get money tell now Jan 2022 want return calls all ways an excuse on paper work lyes on how long they had our money sopose to be a 90?to 120 day turn around well they are Dishonest and liars do not use them

I've used their services a couple of times & in those times the staff there were very courteous & professional. When I spoke to Mr. Henderson he listened, I didn't feel rushed and the follow-through was quick. I highly recommend them & have recommended them to others.

Tried to get my best friends car who passed away took a year to get a answer then i had to call they never did. I ended up calling one last time where they told me they are selling it to a family member but didn't have the Balls to call and let me know, just keep me on the edge! I will never do business here or tell anybody about this company.. Worthless!!!
