This law firm is inhumane, heartless and deplorable. I called them a week and a half ago. The answering service says they will call back in 48 hours. No one responded. I called back to see if I could get 3 more days until I was paid to clear a balance because I HAD TO HELP BURY MY GRANDDAUGHTER and it took all of my money previous to this date ($5000 contribution ). I had mailed them payments which they did receive. I was told no. I could have provided proof if asked. Death comes to all of us at some point or another; I guess they are exempt. I feel my reason was valid for a little grace; I only asked for 3 days. Non the less I hope they never experience the loss I did. I will add that just within an hour of my first phone call the above post I received a phone call from the firm. I spoke with a young lady name C.J. She went over my account with me. She was professional, and very empathetic. In summary positive results!! Thank you so much for representing the firm in a more positive light. C.J definitely earned them 5 stars.

Had a wonderful experience here with assistance on closing on my new house. Holly Huffines was extremely helpful and quick with answering my questions. I tried to be civil and pay my HOA dues through them. I was quoted 600 balance. I made a 200 payment and promised to pay the rest by the next Friday. I got a letter in the mail 3 days later stating that my total balance increased to $943. I called back to ask why when I made a 200 payment and a promise to pay. They simply stated, our fees accrue.. These lawyers are blood suckers!!

Terrible. Drove 1400 miles to close. BSB did not inform closing attorney we were coming. Sat for hours waiting on a price of paper that should have been dealt with weeks ago. I’m now out $600 on moving truck and movers because I can’t get into the house. Worst experience for me in dealing with house purchase. Got the feeling that they don’t give a damn about the client. No apology just excuse after excuse!!! and still no keys!!! Own your mistake contact you client. Stay well clear ZERO Stars!!
