Money hungry attorneys!!! Poor practice!!!

Terrible. Drove 1400 miles to close. BSB did not inform closing attorney we were coming. Sat for hours waiting on a price of paper that should have been dealt with weeks ago. I’m now out $600 on moving truck and movers because I can’t get into the house. Worst experience for me in dealing with house purchase. Got the feeling that they don’t give a damn about the client. No apology just excuse after excuse!!! and still no keys!!! Own your mistake contact you client. Stay well clear ZERO Stars!!

We used BSB to close on our house. It was super easy and very quick. Everyone is super nice and easy to talk to.

Food is good, restaurant is attractive, service is fast, and prices are great!

*** Vultures, that is the behavior of this firm! HOA's should stay away from representation by this group if they are trying to develop community!! Again, it's not about recouping dues to alleviate stress for other owners. The homes in the community are in need of dire external upgrades! They have maintained the same drab coloring for the past 20 years! The dues you so vigorously pursue are definitely not being utilized to maintain the beauty of the community per the CONTRACT signed. Please...save your response.....you are not about helping communities. You are about extracting individuals from their homes in order to gain $200 in HOA fees! What a joke!! The attorneys and paralegals are very rude, uncaring and lack compassion! The amount of money requested continued to increase without explanation! I am very angry that my HOA chose this group of inadequate individuals to represent our community! They take tremendous pride in trying to foreclose on properties that owe $200 in HOA fees! Another attorney put it best - "they are a warehouse for foreclosing on properties - that's their specialty." Who takes pride in taking homes to pay for HOA fees? My HOA was relatively reasonable until these thoughtless and insensitive characters got their claws in them!! Ugh....the WORST!!!!!!

Not clear on paperwork. Not professional

Absolutely horrible! The representation I received was far from satisfactory, my attorney overlooked key points in my custody hearing, 90% of the information i retained and shared with her never got brought up in the hearing, im certain she went in and winged it.. and the results reflected a winged job. To top it off i was rudely treated after the hearing was concluded. I recieved a bill that contained illegitimate charges which i had to dispute in writing before only some of the charges were corrected. I think i was being charged a flat rate of $100 for copies made another $100 for them to be sent to me and the opposition. Overall choosing this firm was undoubtedly the worst decision ive ever made regarding representation. You would think the opposing side choose my attorney for me based on the representation i received. Needless to say it was a flat out LOSS. Now if the representation was professional, thorough and consistent with MY request.. i would have been satisfied knowing she gave 100%. However if your into taking losses and paying top dollar for those losses then i highly recommend this firm!!
