“When I finally got the courage to leave my husband I was homeless for 6 months. I finally got a job and it took me almost a year to fix the damage to my finances but my ex kept making my life hell and I kept finding bills he never paid or bills in my name I never even knew about. “He never answers or returns calls and it would have quickly fixed any issues I had about the bill and would have made is easier to communicate during my case.”

“You need to do this so you can understand your bill in the future and so there will no miscommunication about bill or quote given later. I did not do this so when I got my bill I needed to ask him questions but he did not call back and I kept getting more and more frustrated.”
