Mr. Jay Dupree owes my rental property at WildWood Villa and the people/person he has managing it are unprofessional. My AC unit hasn’t worked properly since last year and I keep getting the run around about when it we be fixed. I have a organization who’s willing to pay my rent since I’ve falling on hard times but they refused to work with them. Which is sad but they don’t care about there tenants at all. Was told I had to be there promptly at 8:30 am, however I waited in the waiting room for an entire hour because they had not properly prepared the documents needed. Documents I spent hours of my own time writing up myself, so they actually only had to put their stamp on it. The office was very dirty and unorganized, there was trash sitting on the table of the waiting room. It was absolutely disgusting. This attorney will also gladly take on cases that are a clear conflict of interest, which makes me question the firms ethics. Update: Over a month ago and his office was supposed to have filed documents. Not only have they not completed the task, but they haven’t responded to a single message that has been sent to them in two weeks asking for an update on the case. I’m having to do my own personal research right now to see if the secretary of this office even has a legitimate notary license because for all I know the document isn’t even binding. For all I know the document was never even filed. If you need an attorney I suggest finding an office that will in fact respond to you.

Jay is a very good attorney. He is awesome when it comes to family law, but just as capable in a criminal defense.

I would recommend Jay as an attorney to anyone. Jay is very professional and covered all the important key points that needed to be discussed. Loved how much he puts his all when he’s in that court room. I felt very privileged to have him represent me and would do it again!
