Through this ordeal I went thru ,I was always assured that this would end. When Mr. ROBINSON saw me he said" calm down, everything is going to be fine, calm down." The 10 plus people who advised me to hire MR. ROBINSON had already told me it was going to be fine, if he said so. Thanks for my life back , my peace of mind, and my business. I don't want anyone to go through what I did. MR. ROBINSON ,Greenville is blessed.

FIVE STARS!!! And I almost never give five stars, only because I want to have another star available for a company like Robinson Law Firm in Greenville, NC. They earned these five stars with bells on!!! Jessica, who mans their text message communications, was splendid and very responsive. I never felt like I was bothering her. She was nice, super-competent, and a splendid communicator. The LAWYER did phenomenally. I got the court judgement back minutes ago. He did literally the best job that any lawyer could ever do in resolving my case. I have two words for you regarding Les Robinson: HIRE HIM!!!

Robinson represented me in a case a few months ago, and at the end of my case I couldn’t help but feel I was coerced and manipulated by Leslie. Robinson first presented himself as a professional and intelligent lawyer who would fight on your behalf. This was the impression he left on my parents and I up until he showed just how little he wanted to fight my case and just how little he actually knew about me and my case. Robinson seemed focused on only wanting to negotiate a plea deal on my behalf though it was clear I wanted to fight my case and my accuser in court. I knew my accuser gave false information to police which would have dismissed my case all together, Robinson was made clear of this information. After Robinson spoke with the DA and was able to negotiate the plea deal he wanted he sat down with my parents and i to discuss the details of it. Once he did I asked him “if my accuser gave false evidence to police or even created false evidence wouldn’t that dismiss my case all together” he replied “yes but we would have to go to trial” and then with pen in hand he said “I’ve lost cases I shouldn’t have and I’ve won cases I shouldn’t have” and after hearing that I couldn’t help myself but sign the plea deal. Later The judge was taking some intake information from my lawyer where the judge asked if I was on any medications; Robinson stated no and I had to correct him. This information was shared with Robinson more than once and I mention it to give some insight on just how little he knew me even though it was shared with him more than once.
I later discovered some of the evidence my accuser used against me and I was right, my accuser did give false information/create false evidence against me. In NC if someone acts with deceit and fraudulently in an investigation/case it is counted as a felony, but now I can’t do anything about it or prove it because I gave up my right to a trial after signing that plea deal. I should have listened to my heart. I have suffered emotionally for going on a year now and my school career has been ruined to say the least. Ultimately I have suffered a lot of damages from this.
I later found out Robinson is a trophy hunter which should have been the red flag from the beginning to find a different lawyer but $5500 was already invested into my case and I was in a very vulnerable position to begin with and was desperate for help. Robinson only helped himself to make a quick profit without having to do any work. Don’t ever trust a trophy hunter.
EDIT/RESPONSE TO OWNER:
The cyberstalking charge was dropped because the ECUPD officer failed to accurately document the warrant with the appropriate/factual statement that was given to him from my accuser. You had no hand in it being dropped, it was going to be dropped just based on the facts to begin with.
If my accuser did in fact act with deceit to commit fraud in an investigation, then they committed a felony against me. Since I waived my rights away to a trial after signing that plea deal I can't even prove this wrong doing against me. Stalking requires one to be under emotional distress, however I would have argued that they instead acted with emotional manipulation to act out their own agenda.
ECU shared an evidence record with me in May. A big reason why ECUPD felt I stalked my ex girlfriend revolved around the cyberstalking allegation, but you wouldn't know that because you never obtained a discovery.
If you think you know more about my case than I do, think again. You never knew me or my case.
Another reason why I feel I was not properly represented by Robinson is because he has two daughters and no sons. The day I signed my plea deal, Robinson told my parents and I a story of how he had to tell a boy to leave one of his daughters alone. I would argue Robinson was biased and thus did not fairly represent me.
To the reader: If anything I said in this review was false and defamatory. Robinson could sue me, but he wont because every word of which I speak is true. And luckily for me, my parents were witnesses to these conversations.
