Mr. Richard L Griffin Pa and staff work fast. They do what is needed to do. They are polite and kind very respectful. They are different makers. My husband and I has work with them twice (closing and quitclaim deed) and will go to them for all law need if needed.

Mr. Griffin and his staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Mr. Griffin clearly explained each step of the closing process. He double and triple checked title for issues before recording our deed. The staff goes above and beyond to respond to questions and concerns. Mr. Griffin even went an extra step to provide us with documentation concerning a potential future title issue. I highly recommend this firm for closing.
