From the moment I met Jon I felt comfortable and informed. No one ever thinks they will get divorced and I felt supported by Jon every step of the way. I especially appreciated how he broke things down for me, and when the opposition attempted to drag things out Jon level setted with me on what was important to help me make an educated decision over an emotional one. I felt respected and valued as a client, and knew Jon was in my corner and not trying to get as much money as possible out of me.

Mr. Davenport does a good job of walking you through the process and making you realize that it's not the end of the world. However, it's not a quick process and a lot of it involves relying on an expected outcome by the judge. So, with this in mind, he will continue your case until he gets it in front of the right judge. With me, this process lasted over a year. During this time, I attended counseling and dealt with the loss of a close family member. Eventually, my case went to trial and I was found guilty. So, in hindsight, Mr. Davenport bought me some time to take care of my personal business and negotiated a guilty plea to the least offensive level; I'm grateful for this. One thing you have to consider: They (the prosecution, the defense, the judge, etc.) all know each other and they're not going to do anything to jeopardize a good working relationship. What does this mean for you? If you're guilty, you're not getting completely out of it.
