Thank you for helping me.I had just lost my son and now my dad is dying .Thank u for helping me because this wreck was very inconvenient and I'm already dealing with enough.

My mom had a bad stroke back in 2019. We filed for disability with this company. My mom wcwas deceased as of Jan of 2021. Her case was won as of December of '22. I have not received payment til this day 9/07/23. The paralegal working the case was candy and the lawyer was Jeffrey. I have left multiple emails and voicemails to them. Please do not go with this company. My family and I had to call social security to see the reason why payment has not been received yet. We was told what was needed and we relied it to the law firm. BUT WHY DID WE HAVE TO DO THE LAW FIRM JOB!! I have been emailing and calling the "paralegal" working this case and it is truly exhausting because she sometimes doesn't return my calls and she doesn't email back!!! I'm disabled myself and I WILL NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU ARE IN A POSITION I AM IN PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

We used this firm to represent my mother in law for her disability case. Sadly she passed before it was won. It was won 5 months ago. We received a couple of calls a couple of months after it was won asking if the funds had been received. The last call she (the beneficiary) was told they had received their money and she should receive hers soon. That was the last call. The case was won 5 months ago. Multiple voicemails have been left to Kandi the paralegal on the case. We don’t know what needs to be done. “We’re with you all the way-until the check clears” is a more accurate slogan for this firm.

The woman I spoke with when I was seeking help with disability was nice, we talked, called SSA ect ect, and she told me my case would be sent to their disability claim department. I waited a month for contact on whether they would take my case or not. So I called, they had decided no, and never told me! By this time it was a few days before Christmas. I could have spent that time seeking out other agencies. I'm not sure about their actual services, but maybe call often if you are waiting for an answer for something like having a case or not. 🤷‍♀️

Everyone at the Kellum Law Firm were absolutely wonderful! They kept us updated and informed about everything that was going on. They were truly with us all the way!! I would highly recommend them!

This place is a joke. they ran me around for about 2 months and still didn't get nothing done...... to your reply. Amanda never calls you back or answer's the phone. By the way yall we're working on my case so don't lie when someone tells the truth on Google reviews.. tell the truth (Amanda) kellum law firm needs to check in with (amanda) she don't do what what she supposed to do.
