DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM TO CLOSE A REAL ESTATE DEAL. Extraordinarily unprofessional, overcharge and were not able to wire funds to close the deal.

Bailey & Busby are the best real estate attorneys in the business in addition to being genuinely good people. I have been a full-time real estate broker for 24 years. They handle 100% of my business on the N.C. coast in addition to my personal transactions, will, estate planning, and trust for my children. You will not find more honest or professional attorneys.

Don't use these attorneys I have been waiting for 2 months+ to draw up a deed and all I keep getting is an attorney is on vacation, we are short staffed. I will probably have ro travel 4 hours to pick up the paperwork and then find someone else at this rate.

Not sure how you expect people to sign documents without everything not being filled out. I felt like the lady, who never identified herself was rude and overall a miserable person. Everything seemed to be half a$$ed right down to signing paperwork in the lobby instead of a conference room. I don't think they are worth the time to work with when there are so many options.
