John Curtis is the worst attorney in this area. He’s terrible in court even when provided with everything he needs to prove the other side is wrong. He will drag cases out taking money from clients so he never has to step foot in the court room. He never provided a fee agreement and has never returned the retainer after being fired. This firm will be reported to the state bar.

I'm very fortunate to have Mr. Curtis as my attorney. I had never been the subject of any court actions and so understandably I had my fears and anxieties to deal with. Mr.Curtis with his years of experience knew what I was going through, and put me at ease by explaining the processes and what to expect. He is awesome, highly professional...yet offers a very friendly reception each time he greets you. He makes you understand everything will be all right regardless of your case. The other members of this law firm reflects the same charm, caring and professionalism. This is an amazing team.

It seems they are in the pocket of DSS. They refuse to actually fight when your rights are being trapped on. The refuse to subpoena important documents and are just rude in general. These people are about to put the final nail in the coffin and make sure my kids are gone forever.

Literally the best law firm I have ever dealt with, for years I had tried to get my license back and everytime I thought I was getting closer something ALWAYS came up and got in the way, I recently got stopped for a speeding ticket and I thought it was really over for my chances of ever getting them back! Got the kids back! They did what DSS and CPS was too inept to do. They honestly care about their clients. Very one on one and personal. Always feel like valued and important clients when we deal with them.
