My ex wife's attourney amd so I'm actually not being biased 😅. They lied to me twice but they weren't my attorney. John Curtis just was giving me legal advice for hmmm 3 days? Anyways I asked twice about tricks or any small print and if that paper was going to be the original. He said yes yes and yes. And then began the worst experience I ever went through. It wasn't ALL their fault. But get a lawyer because the back if the court has a room and no one is going to back you up if you don't. ESPECIALLY NOT ANDREW LASSITER!! HE DIDNT EVEN FILE THE MOTION I ASKED FOR AND DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR COURT WHEN MY EX DID FILE THE SAME MOTION! Then lied about it but I have the proof from the court signed sealed and in my hand that I was not present and didn't have council. So here's to you Corwin and Co. I sought counsel with Mr. John Curtis for representation in a domestic situation I have only recently found myself involved in. A DVPO was filed against me and in my opinion wrongfully so. I needed someone in my corner, someone to bat for me as men are rarely given a fair shake it seems in these situations. On the day of the hearing I was incredibly nervous, I arrived two hours early, with my binder of evidence. I paced the floor staring through the window praying she wouldn't show and the matter would be dismissed, the hours crept by so slowly, every few minutes I would check my watch just to see only a fraction of time had passed. Mr Curtis arrived poised and confident about an hour before court was to commence, he could tell I was nervous, but he wasn't. He knew with the evidence I provided he would make short work of her fabricated account of the actual events that transpired. Finally I saw her walking up the court house steps, I receded into the courtroom and found my seat at the back far from anyone but very visible. I remained with my heart in my throat until she took her seat on the stand, and with fierce intellect and prowess Mr. Curtis systematically picked her entire story apart piece by piece. When he said he had no further questions for her I was in awe, I knew he had all but won this case for me, he then asked me to take the stand and I could feel my heart drop. We hadn't gone over any questions he might ask me, and I had no idea what to expect, but he was well prepared and his confidence did not waiver. When he was through asking me questions I knew the hearing was not only one sided it was an absolute wash for her, she was stunned to the degree that once the judge dismissed her she stormed from the courtroom. The DVPO was thrown out. A monumental Win for me, because she has also filed criminal charges against me. This would not only be a win for the day, but a huge win overall. I cannot thank Mr. Curtis enough for his professionalism, his grace and intelligence. I would not only recommend him, he will be my lifetime family lawyer from this point on. If you are looking for someone to stand with you in your corner, look no further.

Helpful and professional

It seems they are in the pocket of DSS. They refuse to actually fight when your rights are being trapped on. The refuse to subpoena important documents and are just rude in general. These people are about to put the final nail in the coffin and make sure my kids are gone forever.

Literally the best law firm I have ever dealt with, for years I had tried to get my license back and everytime I thought I was getting closer something ALWAYS came up and got in the way, I recently got stopped for a speeding ticket and I thought it was really over for my chances of ever getting them back!
