It seems they are in the pocket of DSS. They refuse to actually fight when your rights are being trapped on. The refuse to subpoena important documents and are just rude in general. These people are about to put the final nail in the coffin and make sure my kids are gone forever.

John Curtis is the worst attorney in this area. He’s terrible in court even when provided with everything he needs to prove the other side is wrong. He will drag cases out taking money from clients so he never has to step foot in the court room. He never provided a fee agreement and has never returned the retainer after being fired. This firm will be reported to the state bar.

I emailed and called this Law firm to inquire about civil representation. They didn't respond to my email and when I called the receptionist was rude and not helpful. Per the receptionist they do not perform Civil law services although the web page says they do. When I asked for a referral to another local attorney who does offer civil law services I was blatantly told no. I am a local business owner and I would not suggest using this firm.

Literally the best law firm I have ever dealt with, for years I had tried to get my license back and everytime I thought I was getting closer something ALWAYS came up and got in the way, I recently got stopped for a speeding ticket and I thought it was really over for my chances of ever getting them back! BUTTT CORWIN LAWFIRM took my case and not only did they help me get my license back but they got the ticket dismissed as well!! Great SERVICE AND AFFORDABLE!! Call them if ya in JAM!!!

Highly recommend Mr. Frank Rodriquez!
Frank promptly showed up at the Carteret County Detention Center (Jail). He was professional, personable, calming & informative. Took away the fear of being processed. Kept up with the court dates himself, only had to notify him on the final court resolution.
