Mr Lipof helped me to deal with my husband’s estate after he passed. And he helped me to create all of the new documents I would need in order to keep my affairs in order. Mr. Lipof was very patient to explain all the details to me during this stressful and confusing (to me) transition in my life.

I received a speeding ticket (high speed) driving through Hayesville in April 2023. I had a close friend recommend Paul Lipof as counsel. Instead of having to drive 4 hours to be present for my court date, Paul was able to get my ticket dismissed through an online driver's education course. Not only is he effective, but he is also very responsive. I highly recommend Paul and his firm.

I've hired a few attorneys in the past (back when times were good), but have never been as impressed with their performance as I was with Paul. I was a difficult client (didn't want to heed his good advice), but still he had the patience to fight for me anyhow, and in the end he got my case dismissed!
