Mr. Cloninger met with my son and helped us with a driving matter. He was true to his word (yes that still exists!). He charged a fair price. Probably more than fair to be honest. He let us know what to expect and answered my questions along the way. Hate to have to need an Atty but will use him again when the time arises. I am a fan. Also only Atty I have ever found with 100% positive feedback. Hire him!

I am 60 yrs old and This is my first review EVER! But this guy deserves it so here goes Don't even think about it ,just hire him!! This is the guy everyone wants!! I"m from New Jersey and I got a speeding ticket in November 2018, 95MPH in a 65MPH zone ( automatic loss of license)coming back from his wedding,they gave me a court date 4 months later,which I missed .I Got a warrant ,contempt of court, Loss my NC DL priviledges ,loss of NJ DL priviledges, $300.00 fine and still had the ticket! With one phone call to jane and such a super reasonable fee within 1 week Brian got everything dropped all suspensions reversed warrants vacated,fines dropped and original ticket reduced to 74 in a 65 and a minimal fine! He saved me MORE money than I pd him.And I never met him and he fought like a tiger, him and Jane treated me like family the whole time! I tried to tip him and the staff but he refused, So this will be my first and last review ever, my words to the world is "5 stars isn't high enough" for Brian cloninger just hire him don't hesitate

I had an immediate need for a top notch attorney and saw Brian for an initial consult..I found a direct & knowledgeable legal Master. He did *not* immediately hit me for cash and hiring him.. Instead I was directed to handle my situation myself.. however, should my situation call for the hire..it will be this man. I'm 58 yo & been around and Brian is 100% straight up. Go see him...

I contacted Mr. Cloninger after receiving a referral, and after hiring an attorney around 8 months prior with no results to date. When the referral told me he was the best of the BEST, boy was he right!!! He was by far the best attorney I have EVER had the opportunity to work with. He handled my issue efficiently (less than 48 hours, WOW), while keeping me advised of what he was doing at all times. Robert Brian Cloninger was an excellent attorney that saved me the hassle of going to court for me. His price was about $300 cheaper than the competition lawyers. He got my case taken care of in a timely manner after I got him the paperwork needed. I needed him to take care of my traffic violation by the first of the month and as soon as i got him the insurance info he went to court within 2 days. We came to Mr. Cloninger with a difficult situation in which we didn't think there was going to be any help for but after a referral to him we decided to give it a try. We were already scheduled for a hearing with the DMV which we figured was going to be a waste of time and license would not be issued back in return. Mr. Cloninger gladly decided to assist us. He dug into the driving record and did an extensive research of many charges listed and discovered there was a possible way this could be handled without a hearing. He gave us his suggestion which had us at that point working with multiple attorneys and multiple court districts. He provided step by step instructions on what needed to take place and how. After following his instructions a prior conviction was reviewed and dismissed which allowed a return of driving privilege's without a hearing. After years of dealing with the DMV and multiple attorneys Mr Cloninger was the first attorney that actually gave us an alternative method of handling a lengthy driving conviction record by offering step by step instructions. He saw the big picture that a past was just that a past and that there was a better way to handle the situation. His knowledge of the law and court systems is beyond top notch. His responsiveness is above the rest. I would definitely refer Mr Cloninger to anyone needing traffic offense assistance.
