I was impressed with the detailed information that Brad required so that he could clearly understand what we needed. I liked the fact that the quote we were given in the beginning was the final cost with no upcharges at the end.

Brad Henry and the staff at Strauss Attorneys recently put together a Trust package for me. It was expertly assembled, and he had an extensive knowledge of what was important not only for the Trust, but a Medical POA. He was upbeat and took the time to make sure any questions were answered. I feel much better about the situation that I will be leaving for my family, and would urge anyone to make an estate plan. Doing so helps assure that family won't be burdened with a financial/legal mess, or be left to make painful medical decisions. Strauss also offers a level of continuing support for clients. This doesn't come cheaply, but considering the consequences of poor/no planning, it is well worth it.
