Very unprofessional, VERY expensive--so much higher than any other real estate attorney I've used in my dozens of closings. Rude and refused to reduce any of their fees when they made huge scheduling errors, wasting my time by me showing up to sign when they weren't ready and never updated me.

Professional, personable, attentive, patient & fair. I can not say enough about how smooth things went with our deal. I was very nervous and overwhelmed with the sale of a property that I was having a hard time parting with although I did not have the resources or energy to upkeep it as It should have been. LEAH was very patient with me answered all my calls and emails kindly and professionally even after the sale. They are great folks to work with. They would definitely be my first call when in need of an attorney!

I am extremely happy with the service they provide myself and my clients. I truly don't think of them as a real estate attorney, I think of Dawn and her colleagues as partners. We share the same goals and they work tirelessly to achieve smooth transactions for all parties involved. They make everything so much easier with efficiency and organization. Sometimes I feel I pale in comparison to their efforts, but they make me look good anyhow.
