I haven't spoken with Susannah yet, but I wanted to acknowledge her paralegal Carol, as being the most friendly, helpful and compassionate person that I have ever spoken with in a lawyer's office. If Susannah's personality is anything like Carol's caring nature, then I highly recommend this law firm for estate planning.
