I highly recommend potential clients to steer clear from this firm. The people do not communicate and if they do, they charge for everything. Mistakes on their part will cost you extra. The lawyers caused me more stress than the actual divorce. Spent over $5000 on a non-contested divorce. šµš firm with greedy lawyers who prolong cases intentionally.

These people are thefts and liars. My wife had a verbal contract that she didnāt have to pay a 2nd retainer fee and half way through the process they billed her for a second retainer fee. This was after she had paid hundreds of dollars To keep everything paid off. She called to see what was up and they sent her a bill for them explaining to her that they had lied to her and she cant continue until she pays and she would have never had continued using them if they hadnāt had that verbal contract of no 2nd retainer.

I highly recommend Jacob Martin and Rebekah Painter! I felt heard, understood, and appreciated. Communication was great, and I rarely needed to reach out with any questions as everything was always explained to me in full detail and sent through the Clio portal. King Law is very affordable compared to other law firms that I reached out to for a custody case. Thank you guys again for providing my family with such care!

One of the worst law firms for LANDLORDS in hickory area, drain money out of you for a simple nonpayment rent matter. They charge you before they even start your case, for things they should be doing on non billable hours such as adding me to their system! They bill you for picking up their own pencil. Each time they send you an email it's $50 even if it's under 2 mins of their time . Fees just add up for even blinking in your directions. Just not worth it. Find a better option. Unless you want to be up to $6000 for a simply eviction.
