After mediation, he seemed to change his mood and minimize things (worrying more about the defendant's position) because we didn't take Offer by the defendant, and after we challenged him on several points regarding erroneous billing concerns, our frustrations with defendant's lawyer repeatedly delaying dates at last minute, defendant's actions and case facts/details from day one, and even RV industry expert's advice he seemed to push to the side, that his feelings got hurt, and he filed to withdraw from representing us (SS 1.16) and walked away from us.”
