I advise anyone shopping for a closing attorney/firm to utilize this office. My experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable and were willing to answer any questions I had in a prompt manner. Highly recommend this firm.

Excellent firm to handle real estate closings at a very reasonable fee. Also, handles other legal matters as well. Entrance is in back of the building next to loading dock (yes its a nicely restored old textile mill).

Didn't get my evidence back after case was dismissed lied refused to return my calls clearly never got evidence returned told me police dept was the reason when the paperwork on his end was clearly not completed used my prayer for judgment because it was convenient to keep him from having to do his job lied about the total cost never trust this attorney.

Worst lawyer ever. Doesn't take his job seriously. Doesn't know how to plead a case. Useless as far as negotiations. Allows judges to break laws without objection. Don't waste your money!!!!

Could not be happier with my experience using Josh Whaley's services in a traffic citation. He is professional and efficient.
