Top notch job handling my accident case! Kimberly is one of the kindest and caring people I've ever met and she's an expert at dealing with insurance companies and keeping them from taking advantage of you. I liked that because i'm a business owner and i didn't have time to deal with all that. You can tell that she is a devoted christian lady as she prayed for me often and that meant alot to me and speaks volumes about her character. I always felt like my case was most important and she was doing her best for me. If you want to rest easy knowing the best attorney is handling your case then choose Kimberly and the Kimberly H. This lawyer is a lying, theif who will throw you to the wolves. He had an immigration case and told the person he would go free if he paid $2,500 because of "time served" and then after that was paid and the familyasked when they could go to the jail to get their familymember he said, the person has an immigration hold on them and I am not an immigration lawyer and walked out the door! He did not provide an interpreter for this client either and told the client to respond to all questions with "Yes, I understand. So when he was asked if anyone threatened or promised him anything in exchange for his plea deal he answered, "Yes. I understand." He sent this man to his death by having him deported because in March he asked his client if he was afraid to go back to his country with all of the violence there and he allowed it anyway. One day He will face the judgment seat of Christ, and all of his notoriety will not be enough when he faces a God who knows all of his deeds and how his heart is so full of lies and trickery. This is a fork-tongued Devil who does not care about nothing but money! He cannot be trusted! Take a chance and feel you have a great lawyer if you want to but he does not have the morals or scruples to keep his word, and will lie to your face and not flinch! Shame on the Guilford County Superior court Judge Beecher Gray and DA Leah Howell for their part in this also! COMPROMISED ETHICS and UNPROFESSIONALISM is what occured here! These are the justice servers of the new millenium! I pray if you use Joe Floyd be prepared to be double-crossed! The client did want to report him to the state bar association but was taken by immigration before he had the chance to do so! When seeking a lawyer like like this CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Joe Floyd Jr was paid in full to handle a 9096 for my son. My son was involved in car accident 9 days before his year completion. Instead of completing the representation he was paid in full to habdle, he stopped coming to court. My son received 2 OFA because Mr. Floyd did not show up in court. My son was in court. Mr Floyd is a Christy trifling lawyer. Leads me to believe he should have been found guilty in his domestic violence & breaking & entering case in 2011. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM!!!!

They truly work towards what's in your best interest l would use Mrs. Floyd again!
