Mr. Howard was a great attorney to have! I am a college student and I was charged with reckless driving and going over the speed limit by 25 mph. It was a tough case but he helped lower my ticket and get the reckless driving charge dropped. He explained every step because this was my first ticket. He had me complete an online course and do community service as well as submit my resume. I highly recommend him!

I hired Mr. Howard to handle my North Carolina civil case. I live in Georgia so our communication was via telephone and also by e-mail. Mr. Howard kept me updated, clearly told me the documents that he needed to pursue my case and ultimately resolved the case to my satisfaction prior to the court date. I was fighting for custody of my daughter for years. Used several different attorneys, I had all but given up after emptying my savings, sold everything of value and could never find an attorney to truly fight as hard as they could. Then one day a door opened and I met Mr. Howard. I called and spoke with him, he took my case at the last minute and within 24 hours I had an ex parte custody order for my little girl. I’ve never met an attorney who cared as much as he did, nor one that fought till the end. I would recommend this gentleman to everyone. He is truly the best, he is honest, the communication across the whole case was on point, I was never left in the dark. I had a realistic understanding of the possible outcomes and when asked what he would do in my case, I just climbed in, buckled up and enjoyed the ride. Thank you Mr. Howard, you truly are a savior.

He was not easy to get a hold of. He asked me to write up points I wanted him to use during our case hearing. I wrote 5 pages and he never turned the 1st page! He costed me my custody case and it should have been an easy when considering the other parent cheated a drug test! He forgot major facts of my case between hearings as well. It was a train wreck!

Was not easy to get a hold of, hardly available for meetings. Felt like my case was not important.did not seem interested in my case.

Darren has been very helpful and even if I contact him after hours, he responds when able. He has great knowledge and cares about his clients by helping them and being there for him however he can.

Attorney was not easy to reach for updates to case or to find out when case was scheduled to be heard. Never had a face to face meeting to go over the case. Overall, unimpressed with the quality of service provided.
