She was very detailed and ensured everything needed was noted in my documents. Not only that but after one of my beneficiaries passed she checked on me and reminded me at an appropriate time that my Will had to be updated to reflect the changes. While I've been making more responsible decisions and secured Life Insurance for my family, I hired Crystal to file and finalize my Last Will and Testament, General Durable Power of Attorney, Health care Power of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directive, and HIPPA authorization. I appreciate how thorough she was with having multiple back-up plans because of how unpredictable life can be, she answered all my questions, even if I asked the same one more than once, and she ensured we specifically understood what each document represented and what it covered.
