Molly was my attorney for a very ugly custody battle for many years. The challenges of being a parent, trying to protect my child, and dealing with unethical unhealthy individuals was challenging and a nightmare. Molly believed me, represented me and protected my child's rights. My child is a safe, happy, healthy adult now. My child believes, and I know, Molly is a hero. As a recent law school graduate, I can say that Molly Howard is one of the best attorneys that I have EVER met! I hired Molly Howard over a year ago to represent me in a child custody case. This led to a TEN DAY custody trial and was a total nightmare. Thanks to Molly, I survived this nightmare. She not only defended me to the best of her ability, but she calmed me, reassured me, and she was very honest about the outcomes I could face. I highly recommend Molly Howard.

I was shocked to find out my ex was cheating on me with several women. I met with 3 different lawyers before choosing Molly. Make sure if you suspect your spouse of cheating talk with Molly before leaving. I hired a private investigator and it took some time to get enough evidence to leave. I can't tell you how wonderful each and everyone in her office treated me and my case. They truly care but you must be willing to listen and follow her advice. I was fortunate that she was able to secure my signed separation papers in my favor!!!! She was very creative with all her suggestions. It was a really tough time for me but she and her staff really do care about what happens to you personally. She was worth every penny I spent hiring her and then some. I'm happy to say I'm almost at the end of my journey with her. She filed for my divorce so soon this will be behind me completely. I highly recommend you hire Molly for yourself!!!! I hire Molly to negotiate an unfair separation agreement from my ex. She did absolutely nothing to benefit my case. Due to her "math" I ended up paying more a month than the separation agreement asked for. The only answer she could give was "It's the law". My child now lives in an unsuitable environment and I'm paying a highly unreasonable amount in child support due to her incompetence. I have recently consulted another lawyer to re-evaluate the agreement who has told me that she was clearly looking out for my ex, and not my best interest at all. He said I should be paying less than half of what I'm currently paying. Plus she ended up charging me more than double what she originally quoted. I was a fool for believing that she was doing what was best for me. I would only recommend this lawyer to a female who has been unfaithful. She'll definitely take care of you.

Molly was and is an excellent lawyer! She walked me through every step of our case with a kind and caring attitude. Took the time to make me feel worthy when I was at my lowest and lifted me up when I was down. I could say anything to her and she listened without judgment and believed in me For me, she was fabulous and I know she will be the same for every person who seeks her out. I will refer any all to her as she won't let you down! She fought for me and will do the same for anyone! Although my case is finished, I know I can stop by or drop an email to just say hello, how are you, and she will respond in kind. I hope no one has to go through an ugly time in their life but if you should, make sure to contact Molly Howard as she is not just a great and wonderful person, she is an awesome, fight for you lawyer!! I highly recommend Molly Howard! She handled our custody case regarding our grandson. Throughout years she was constantly vigilant in maintaining his safety, security and overall well being. Molly also handled the eventual adoption proceedings. I could not have asked for a better advocate for our family.

I hired Molly in 2010 because of my wife's infidelity. I planned on charging my ex wife with alienation of affection. Molly assured me I had a strong case even when I told her other lawyers said I could not use a voice recording. She assured me I had good evidence an a strong case. So, I hired her. Right before we were to negotiate the separation agreement she told me my evidence was to weak and I needed photos. I proceeded with the negotiations, which was a huge mistake! Molly seemed to be looking out more for my ex-wife's interest than mine. In hind sight I should have gotten up and walked out. During the negotiations she got a call from her boy friend and was more interested in wrapping up the negotiations so she could go out on a date with him. Very unprofessional! On top of that she had to cut one of our meetings short because she had to take her daughter to a dance lesson. She was extremely poorly prepared for the negotiations. I wondered if she even read any of my evidence. She was supposed to have our house appraised but was to lazy and relied on the ex's lawyers appraisal which was completely low balled. I didn't see the value until after we started negotiations. I complained that it was about $30k to low. She insisted it was fair and accurate and kept giving me excuses why I should accept it. It was bad enough I had to go through the humiliation of my wife cheating on me, but now I had to not only battle my ex-wife's lawyers, but I also had to battle my own lawyer. after we signed the agreement I felt like I had been cheated and violated. Molly handed me my file like she couldn't wait to get rid of me. As I left Molly's office my ex was laughing and joking with her lawyers and Molly. During the course of my separation Molly flat out lied to me twice covering for my ex when she failed to comply to the separation agreement. I finally fired Molly and hired a different lawyer, but the damage from the separation agreement was already done. I would not recommend Molly, especially if you are a man!
