Poor communication and lack of personal attention

“Communication is largely through email, and if you miss any portion of email instructions it will come back to haunt you both financially and legally. Do not expect them to follow up with you about it as well. This office communicated to me that they don't have time to hold my hand or the manpower to look at every case closely.”
