My attorney was one in a million! If it was not for her I would be lost in the custody battle / 50 be that I had with my significant other. I call about a dss visit about my kids and she talked to me for 43 minutes. Ms. Lowe was extremely helpful and helped ease my concerns. She even sent me helpful links to deal with the situation. I’d hire her and recommend you do also.

I found myself in a pinch as my parents got older. My Father was sick and I was trying my best to get funeral arraignments, burial plots etc taken care of. Because the town Cemetery is in such a mess and they do not know were people are buried and not buried. Or ancestors that phased lots and never used them are just sitting there. The town is not putting forth the effort to contact the heirs to let the know that the have plots! Attorney Constance Lowe took my case and did lots of research to prove that my husband was the other of three plots. After calls to the town, research and studing the NCGS and City laws for days on end. Attorney Lowe was able to type up the papers I needed to insure my mother and father would have there plots. My family will forever be grateful for her long hours of reading up on each section of the laws NCGS, City of Hillsborough and Town Cemetery rules (cause they all differ). Bottom line my father got the plot he wanted and so did my mother. She was very personable about my problem. Diligent in keeping in touch with me about what stage we were at or what stage we had not reached. She and her team work well together. Since I was caring for my parents she was very understanding about meeting after hours and times that best met my schedule. I would use her again and I most definitely advise anyone to contact her for services. At least see if she can help because she is so straight forward if she was unable too handle your case.
