I hired Jennifer Allen Law to represent me in court for an out of town traffic ticket. I opted for the flat fee which would cover court costs, fines and legal fee. I paid this 2 months before my court date. Jennifer represents me in court, gets the fine lowered and then tells me I need to pay court costs. I call her office and speak to her assistant, her assistant realizes her mistake and says she will correct it, I’m good, all fines, legal fees and court costs have been covered in whole. Fast forward almost 2 months later and I get a letter in the mail that my license is in jeopardy of being suspended indefinitely if I don’t pay my fine for the citation. WHAT?!?! I’m not sure what Jennifer Allen law does with the money I paid her, I signed a contract that stated the flat fee would cover all fines and charges and now this. I called her office assistant, because speaking to Jennifer apparently is not possible, and she says, I’m sorry ma’am, we will pay it this week. What? You were suppose to pay two months ago. What is happening in this law practice? Hire anyone else, but do not hire Jennifer Allen Law. Total racket

Cannot thank Jennifer enough for her help in resolving a long standing speeding ticket. I had the opportunity to work with her directly and cannot speak highly enough of her efforts, she went above and beyond, and did so with very little notice.

Her law firm is terrible constantly late and changing dates without consulting or notifying the defendant, also she lies religiously
