Cons
1
Lack of communication and responsiveness
“Very hard to contact and barely response with email after they took payment. One of my friends is their client and stuck with , been calling and email, still have not get response.”
2
Unsatisfactory legal representation and outcomes
“Trust me. They are worth the fee. Hannah is amazing!" [This quote is used to contradict the cons statement”
3
Billing concerns and unexpected costs
“I had many billing concerns. Looking at how everything was done I would not have used their services and I will not recommend them to anyone of my friends or associates.”
4
Failure to advocate for client's best interests
“During mediation I learned was a very tough process and and your mind and emotions are everywhere and for most people it is their first experience going through a divorce or mediation process and that's when the attorney is supposed to speak up for the client. It never happened and at mediation the game plan we had discussed was never mentionesd.”
5
Lack of legal expertise and knowledge
“Also when it came to pension I asked her how does that work and her answer was I don't know. With me paying a lot for the service to give legal advise it was her responsibility to know the laws regarding this, especially since the process took over three years it gave her ample time to get the law reference this.”
