I hired Sarah Norris to represent me for child custody and a DVPO. Let me just say, she’s been by far the best Atttoney!! She stay connected with me throughout the whole process! She actually cares for the best interest of the child! I’ve been with other law firms where I only got to speak with my attroney once and the rest of the time with the secretary. Nope not with Bell law firm !! When things were uneasy Sarah brought clarity and ease! I definitely recommend her to anyone going through a hard time !! Thank you Sarah !!

Awful. Took advantage of my situation. Be very careful. Watch their billing and be prepared if you ask them billing questions cause that's when your attorney/client relationship ends. They are now withholding important documents and I cannot move forward with my case. They are doing it out of pure meanness. I will be reporting them to both The Mecklenburg County Bar and The NC Bar. Not only did I have to deal with their drama and unethical business practices but this all happened while my brother and mother are preparing for end of life. They care nothing about their clients only the green you can put in their pockets. The more money you have, the more they will spend and keep you going till your broke.

Hiring an attorney for the first time can be scary but the best decision I ever made was scheduling my initial consultation with Bell Law Firm. Sarah has been my saving grace during my divorce process. She has always been so kind and easy to talk too, answering any and all questions I had, which kept me at ease during this process. She handles everything with extreme professionalism and is a real go-getter. As cliche as it sounds, I do not know what I would have done without her! Hannah represented me in court and her friendliness coupled with her obvious experience and knowledge made a very stressful and emotional time for me easier and I cannot thank her enough for that. So thankful to have had all of the Bell Law Firm team to lean on during a very difficult time. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Bell Law Firm service to my family, friends and anyone who are in need of a Family Law attorney that will get the job done. I was experiencing a very difficult custody battle with my ex-wife it was to the point that I was stressed out and I gained a lot of weight. After I hired Hannah at Bell Law Firm and allow her to handle my case, I wasn't stressed out anymore. She assured me that she would do what was in the best interest of my son and she did. I am well pleased with Hannah and Bell Law Firm service. Also I lost 60 pounds.

They were knowledgeable professionals that listened and genuinely cared about what mattered most, the well being and best interest of my daughter. Hannah Bell represented us with the upmost integrity, respect and class. Hannah, Amanda, Sarah, Whitney and the Bell Law Firm Team was the answer to my prayers. Great law firm! I needed their services for child custody/child support. Everything was handled fairly and professional. Everyone was helpful and so sweet.

I used them for divorce and mediation, I can not recommend them for these services. I hired an attorney to help through a tough time and to make sure I was given a fair opportunity to not be taken advantage of. We came up with a game plan in the beginning and I asked several times throughout the process are we still using the game plan and was advised we were. We get to mediation and my attorney was aware what I had gone through and what was important to me to discuss at mediation. During mediation I learned was a very tough process and and your mind and emotions are everywhere and for most people it is their first experience going through a divorce or mediation process and that's when the attorney is supposed to speak up for the client. It never happened and at mediation the game plan we had discussed was never mentionesd. Again as a client it would have been nice for my attorney to keep me on track and to at least ask for what was important for me and that never happened. Also when it came to pension I asked her how does that work and her answer was I don't know. With me paying a lot for the service to give legal advise it was her responsibility to know the laws regarding this, especially since the process took over three years it gave her ample time to get the law reference this. In the end I feel this cost me more than it should have had we at least asked for what was important to me. As I look back I am more disappointed at the fact my attorney didn't speak up in my defense, not that I did or didn't get it but that she didn't even ask. I also had many billing concerns. Looking at how everything was done I would not have used their services and I will not recommend them to anyone of my friends or associates. Edit: the attorney handling my case was Sarah Norris and again I would definitely not recommend her. She did a very poor job representing me and she did not have my best interest in mind at all. One of the worse parts of having Sarah Norris represent me was there was a law in NCGS that protected me and she absolutely refused to allow my case to be presented as such. I asked time and time to defend my case as such and she would not. She made a bad experience worse by the way she handled my case and I feel she didn't care or she would have spoke up for me when it would have benefitted me but she didn't and that was the reason I hired an attorney. I felt she did not have my best interest at hand
