Lack of communication and responsiveness
“I waited over 4 months for them to even start on my deed change. Everytime I called, I was always told to call back in 30 days, emails to Taylor was never answered, with the exception of the first one I sent of my information.”

“They got the job done with closing on my property, but only after delays and very poor communication (Taylor). They seemed disorganized, as things were handled at the last minute.”

Attempts to rush clients through the closing process
“He kept trying to just give me the last page to sign and I had to keep asking for the whole document. Then when I started to read the documents he start asking me random questions (Are you working from home, etc.) while I'm concentrating on reading. You can tell he was just trying to get me out there as soon as possible.”
