Mr. McNamara has handled many legal matters to include a few over the last year and has achieved the outcome i was looking for each time. He has proven to be very knowledgeable, and effective. His team has always kept me informed of what to expect during the process. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of family legal services.

Wonderful, Amazing great can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend in matters of custody. They fight for the best interest of the child! My husband now has sole custody of his daughter!

I called to receive information and look into my options of what I can do regarding custody. As of right now I know that I can’t go to court but I was trying to get ahead of the ball game and make sure I could have everything in order. The person on the phone was very rude, kept trying to talk over me, and wouldn’t listen.

Mr. McNamara did a great job representing me in court. He was able to point out my ex’s abuse and got me just about everything I wanted with custody. He went up against one of the most infamous lawyers in Jacksonville who hardly ever loses. I realize they are super busy, so I didn’t hear from the office a lot or have many meetings with Mr.McNamara, but man did he come through at the end. Definitely recommend. He’s well seasoned and knows how to fight.

Beginning this journey I was not knowledgeable in the slightest form, I was scared, and unsure of the potential outcome. Rachel Sholar helped me with getting primary custody of my child in less then a year. Very happy with her work and everything her and the firm has done. I highly recommend her to anyone regarding custody and divorce.
