After getting a speeding ticket, in which my command wanted to kick me out of the military for, Mr. Bryon took the ticket to court and was able to help me keep a clean driving record, by getting the ticket dismissed. I am no longer getting kicked out and I will most definitely take to Mr. Bryon if I find myself in a hole again.

I hired Byron after speaking with him a few times regarding handling a case for me in Onslow County that I didn't even know existed. Having Byron and his team handle my case while I'm living on the other side of the country was an absolute blessing. Not only did he give me the feeling of assurance that he would help me get a positive outcome, but he absolutely delivered with a dismissal about a week later. Byron and his team are a great choice for anyone who needs help navigating the legal system.

Being relatively new to NC, I was not sure about how to handle a speeding ticket. I contacted Bryon's office and was very quickly and easily put at ease as to the situation. Him and is office provide the best in support and client service.

I have used Bryon on three different occasions. The most recent was a DWI case. Bryon got my DWI dismissed in about ten minutes. Obviously every situation differs but I had the pleasure of witnessing him fight for four other DWI cases. Bryon is very passionate about every case he comes across. Again I can say this because I was at the courthouse all day with him. My case was the last one of the day but I didn’t care because I got to watch Bryon fight for each of his clients. I wasn't even worried when the judge got to me. I knew Bryon would put as much fight and care into my case as he did with every other case before me! He comes highly recommend by many others including myself and it shows. You’d be crazy if you went with any other lawyer. All day I didn’t see a single one that fought and cared about his clients as much as Bryon.

Highly recommend if you have violation issues with Interlock device. Although my initial DMV hearing was not successful as far as reinstatement, he stuck with me through a painful appeal through Superior Court and ultimately saved my driving privileges. Very reasonable fees. Friendly, responsive staff.

Mr. Smith's legal counsel was not only prompt, but honest. Aside from his professionalism, the transparency regarding the legal services he provides to his clients is why I would recommend him to family and friends.

Staff returned calls promptly, he and staff were very communicative, fees were reasonable. Highly recommended.
