Very professional and down to the point

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I normally would not even do a review unless positive, but I do believe this needs to be known how we were treated. My disabled husband has a modification on his child support coming up next week. We were referred to Popkins by a friend. His 1st appt was March 14th. Was told he was working on the case, made copies of everything and assured him that he can do something.Gave him the court date before Easter via text with all info etc. Was told he would get back to us soon. Called the office and cell phone and text waiting. Never heard responses. Husband went up there 2 wks ago. Again was assured he could get a telo visit because case is in VA. Was promised an update. Well...here we are...packing him up to go to Fairfax VA. It is truly just upsetting. With his health condition and Corona we were trying to avoid all this. We were promised AND assured to not even have a decent response back. I wouldn't waste my time here. Also I am NOW editing the review...because they now state they said they do not practice law in VA, but assured us they would do a telo conference via phone to represent him so he doesn't have to travel. Atleast hold your end of the bargain and be honest. That was NOT what was promised.

Our experience w Mr Popkins from the last 5+ years has seen Mr Popkins has always kept my son from stents in prison thank God because my son been through pure hell wo stability nor proper guidance, not child's ,Carl's fault by any means!!.Mr popkins has talked 2my son advising in a manner he didn't have 2.
