“It was noon (Friday) and haven't seen anything so I called and was told that it was wired already by an employee and should get it later in the day. Later that day at 5pm, still nothing.”

Lack of proactive communication about issues
“If the lawyer himself is the only that can send money in his office , it should be his responsibility to call his client and inform him of any delays. Don't ever assume that your client is not in need of the funds!!!”
