This divorce process was so simple. Filled a form, paid my fee online, went to UPS to get document notarized and waited a couple of months and I'm divorced.
The firm kept me up on what was being done by email. I was so happy to get that email the morning it was all complete.
I never had a need to speak to anyone at the firms office which was perfect for me.

Got a speeding ticket after my 2nd year of the 3 year deal for prayer for judgement and they still got it reduced for me! I called every single law firm that I received mail from and not only were they the cheapest, but had the best customer service, easiest payment process and touched base with me via several avenues to include phonecalls, texts, and emails. I received the update after they attended court for me and it was a very easy process! Highly recommend!
