Very friendly staff and fast response for what I needed.

I chose Houser Law Firm to resolve a traffic ticket for me. They were able to take care of everything for what I feel was a very fair price. They were also able to get my ticket down to a non-moving violation so it didn’t add points to my license or affect my insurance. I appreciate the help—it was a tremendous weight off my shoulders to not have to deal with the pain of going to traffic court myself. My only complaint is that I wish I would have received more frequent updates and communication about the general timeline and what was going on during the process of resolving my case, but overall that’s a minor detail. They did the job well and in a timely manner and I would use them again.

I must admit I was very hesitate to use an online firm but this was such an easy process and they were great to work with! Big shout out to Crystal! The Houser Law Firm was great to work with when my daughter got a speeding ticket. They were able to get it reduced to a non moving violation. The process was easy and we did not have to show up for court which was great since we live 5 hours away. They handled everything. I highly recommend this firm.
